Polygon is a blockchain startup that was founded in India by Sandeep Nailwal. The company has its headquarters in Hyderabad, India, and develops software for the financial industry.

The portal was created to help fight crime and corruption by making it easier for people to report crimes online. It uses the power of blockchain technology so that police can verify reports quickly and transparently.

"For better transparency, the case management system will be integrated with several other internal modules like prisoner registration, case diaries, daily diary reports, and others,"

he said.

The officials are also working on a digital copy of the FIR for every complaint lodged in the police station at Firozabad so that all details about crime can be stored electronically instead of filing paper copies at every stage.

The efficient system was introduced to reduce paperwork and avoid civilian complaints.

The Indian police have also used the Polygon Blockchain technology since March 2018.

As a result of this initiative, the efficiency of reporting crimes has increased by 50%. This will help reduce reporting errors and ensure that all cases are processed quickly.

This is not the first time the Indian police have used blockchain technology; she added that in 2018 the country's federal police force implemented blockchain technology to track vehicle theft cases. In January 2020, city officials in Delhi also used blockchain technology to manage and improve public service records.

Blockchain use is growing in India.

Blockchain technology has been around for a while, but its use is growing in India. This is because blockchain is a secure way to store data and ensure that it can't be changed or tampered with. It allows people to share information easily, making it perfect for voting registration or digital identity management systems like Aadhaar.
